Customer Service Management Workshop

Three lecturers from the Department of Modern Languages and Communication, Faculty of Languages and Communication (FBK) Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) had been invited to become speakers and facilitators for the Customer Service Management Workshop, held in Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT).

The workshop was led by Mr Suffian Hadi Ayub who was assisted by Madam Nor Hafizah Abdullah and Madam Sharipah Nur Mursalina Syed Azmy from FBK, UniSZA. The workshop was organised by the Information Technology Management Centre, UMT.
