The goal of the Faculty is to provide trained personnel as influential communicators in whatever field they pursue and at the same time provide golden opportunities to those who wish to improve their language skills.

The faculty was established to:

• Train graduates with various communication and language skills that will positively contribute to the needs of human capital.
• Elevate the status of the Malay language and strengthen the function of English and foreign languages.
